Kolasin Valleys

Kolasin Valleys is a private, all-season mountain resort in northern Montenegro, spread across two villages at 1,450 and 1,600 metres and connected by direct ski-in/ski-out access from every building. The development comprises 23 hotel and residential buildings and 73 private chalets, set among more than 30 restaurants and extensive spa and wellness facilities, on the edge of one of Europe's last surviving primeval forests.

Each chalet is built in the tradition of Europe's finest mountain villas, in European larch, natural stone and wool, with a private spa complex, personal butler and chef service, and direct access to the slopes. The resort offers over 100 km of skiing today, expanding to 145 km by 2029, alongside hiking, mountain biking, and the glacial lakes and ancient woodland of nearby Biogradska Gora, one of Europe's few remaining primeval forests. Kolasin Valleys sits less than an hour from Podgorica International Airport, with a new airport at Berane, just 15 minutes away, currently in development.
